I like seeing things through.
I’m Tiff Vasquez, based in New York. I care about how things come together: how they look, how they feel to use, and how they run behind the scenes. That attention to the whole experience has followed me through every role.
The experience I bring
I began in higher education, supporting the records, communications, and administrative processes students and teams relied on. I then moved into wellness operations and grew into supervising a team of about ten. In healthcare, I coordinated schedules, records, and follow-up for patients and practitioners. Later, I returned to higher education, supporting students, faculty, and operations across different institutions.
Alongside my in-house roles, I’ve consulted with healthcare, small-business, and professional-services clients since 2016. That work has meant understanding each client’s priorities, improving processes, and creating tools they can keep using after a project ends.
Today, I lead registration across the events of a nonprofit professional association serving a global community of scholars and educators. As its sole registration specialist, I configure systems, coordinate with vendors and teams, create guidance and reporting, and support delivery onsite. Wherever I work, I look at the experience from all sides and make the details easier for everyone involved.
Beyond the desk
At home, I’m dog mom to Sunny and Shady. I volunteer with local animal rescues, and I love traveling, finding a beautiful view, and learning something new along the way.
I notice what makes a place feel inviting and an experience easy to move through. That curiosity comes with me to work.
